The presentation will be done on June 5th at postane by the Afghan-American freelance journalist Fariba Nawa. Her report “Afghanistan Inc.” (in Corp Watch) is one of the main resources used in different media around the globe while debating the effectiveness of reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan.
We are going to listen to one episode of a miniseries, an 18-month-long investigation that reveals an espionage thriller. Veteran journalist Fariba Nawa criss-crossed Turkey and collaborated with reporters in the US and inside Iran to uncover how this spy vs. spy game is played, and what happens to those who fall victim to it.
