Fatima Wojohat is an Afghan artist who started to work with ArtLords in Kabul. Today she is living in US, and she is one of the strong Cartoonists and Drawing Artists from Afghanistan. During the session of the Storytelling Lab on July 12th she presented her work and was talking about Resilience and Women’s Power.
Refusing to be silenced, Fatima taught herself how to create digital art to stand up against gender-based oppression.
“I started doing my digital art to share my voice, my dream and stories from Afghanistan through art,” Fatima explained.
