Pitch Call with editors from CORRECTIV

22 November 2025

We are pleased to invite you to a special Pitch Call with editors from CORRECTIV, taking place this Saturday – on 22 November 2025 – at 5 pm Istanbul time within the Kite-Runner Storytelling Lab online.

This session will be joined by:

  • Viera Zuborová, Director, CORRECTIV.Exile

  • Qais Alamdar, Editor, CORRECTIV.Exile

The purpose of the event is to offer participants a focused environment in which to present and develop story ideas related to investigative and public-interest journalism. CORRECTIV is internationally recognised for its collaborative and cross-border reporting, and this meeting provides a valuable opportunity to receive editorial feedback, ask questions, and learn more about pitching to investigative media outlets.

Participants are encouraged to prepare 1–2 story ideas, each suitable for a brief three-minute pitch. During the session, we will discuss relevance, feasibility, potential angles, and possible formats for publication. There will also be time for open questions regarding pitching strategies and collaboration with investigative platforms.
