Hi, I am Safi Noorzai marketer and UI developer.
Born and raised in Kandahar and got experiences between the cultural crossroads of India, Uzbekistan, Turkiye, my professional journey began in the halls of Afghanistan’s government but found its true calling in the streets.
My career started through a competitive program for young Afghans, leading me to the Administrative Office of the President. There, I spent three years managing technical and administrative workflows for the country’s highest governing body. However, witnessing the disconnect between high-level policy and the daily struggles of citizens, I realized that the greatest obstacle facing Afghanistan was not just administrative; it was the destructive narratives shaping our society. I saw a need to shift focus from the governing body to the human rights of the governed, specifically the next generation
Driven by a desire to challenge these narratives, I left the President’s office and picked up a camera.
This marked the beginning of my work in the “art of protest”. I transitioned from a bureaucrat to a visual storyteller, travelling to remote and often dangerous zones to document the realities of life under the shadow of warlords, terror and systemic corruption. My work evolved from videography and documentary production to founding a social platform that garnered millions of views, shining a light on the unfiltered lives of Afghans. I joined hands with prestigious institutions like ArtLords to combat misinformation regarding Polio and champion women’s empowerment, proving that art is a formidable tool for social change.

Today, I operate at the intersection of technology, art, and humanitarian aid. As the Founder of Jehara Group Inc., I am widening my horizon beyond Afghanistan, launching initiatives in Rwanda and other African nations to foster cross-border opportunities. Simultaneously, I remain deeply committed to my roots as a volunteer for Kite-Runner and similar NGOs. In this capacity, I advocate for immigrant rights and help build platforms that empower the communities that are vulnerable.

My goal is to use my background as a tech founder and marketing director to dismantle the “dark era” narratives and build a future where human dignity is the priority for every institution.
