A Turkish Court Decided: Deportation of an Immigrant is Unlawful
An Istanbul court has ruled that a decision of deportation made by the Ministry of Interior Affairs, without conducting sufficient examination regarding Afghanistan and without considering a migrant's situation, is directly unlawful.
