On July 7/8 we relaunched successfully the Kite Runner activities at Postane Istanbul physically with several events. The program included the Working Group for Female Journalists, a public screening with The Forbidden Reel by Ariel Nasr, and the Cross Media Lab. Some of the events were also live streamed on ZOOM.
Special guests of the program were Najib Sharifi, director of the Afghan Journalist Safety Committee, Maryam Mazrooei, photographer, journalist and painter from Tehran, and Selsela Imamzadeh, Alborz TV.
We thank all guests, participants and the team of Kite Runner and the team of Postane for their contribution and participation.
The upcoming events will take place:
- Friday July 14th, 3:00 pm Istanbul time – Working Group for Female Journalists, online via ZOOM.
- Saturday July 15th, 5:00 pm Istanbul – Cross Media Lab, at Postane and via ZOOM.
We are looking forward to a fruitfull cooperation with all of you in 2023.
